Beginner Surf Lessons at Padang Padang

Smaller surf on Bali’s shorelines today but the conditions are beautiful! Our beginner surfers enjoyed waist-high waves, offshore wind, and a relaxed vibe. The crowds were light, with most surfers spread across the island thanks to the “clean everywhere” conditions. Padang Padang’s lefts and rights were delivering long, slow, and predictable rides—perfect for our developing surfers to build confidence and make steady progress.

We are enjoying an incredible March. It’s still the wet season, but you wouldn’t know it if you were here. Get over here soon so you too can enjoy the fun waves, great weather, and clean conditions.

Intermediate surf guiding at Uluwatu

Another beautiful morning in the world’s premier surfing holiday destination. With the dropping swell, our crew slipped down to the most exposed end of Uluwatu for some fun left reef break waves. The biggest of the set waves were up to head-high. The wind was blowing light offshore, and the waves were very clean. The waves broke with a nice blend of fast and slow sections, which is perfect for doing high-speed turns.

A powerful swell is on its way to Bali. Tomorrow morning will see overhead surf, building to well-overhead by sundown. See you out there!

Intermediate surf guiding at Uluwatu

Another incredible day of waves in Uluwatu! It may be early March but it may as well be June with the conditions we are having! The surfers enjoyed overhead set waves and offshore wind at Bali’s premier wave. The waves were breaking in beautiful long lines down the reef. The surfers worked on angling their takeoff’s, getting to their feet quickly, and moving down the line to stay ahead of the wave.

The wet season, which made a very wet arrival in November, seems to have run out of steam early, leaving us with incredible weather and waves.
